Auditions:
The Porch, an instant one-act drama
The Porch will consist of one singular real-time "porch play", played out in a single location. This is a dramatic improv production, focused on grounded improvisation that explores the entire spectrum of human emotion, dealing with vulnerable human beings behaving honestly and connecting deeply. Auditioners are encouraged to consider themselves actors first and improvisors second.
Auditions are Sunday, March 30th or
April 6th, 12-2:30 PM
Auditions slots are 40 minutes apiece with 15 minutes between. If you are available for more than one slot, please make note, so we can spread out auditioners across the slots evenly.
Rehearsals: Sundays, April 13-June 8, 12-2:30 PM
(6 rehearsals, no rehearsals 4/20, 5/11, 5/25)
Performances: Fridays and Saturdays, June 13-July 11th
(July 11th performance is part of the Dramatic Improv Festival)
